bwm55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bwm55 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bwm55's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

In the event of a dispute between you and bwm55, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. bwm55 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent bwm55 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
